Account information: your name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash — we never see it), and the country you sell in.
Product data: the catalogs you upload (titles, prices, SKUs) and the market data we collect for them.
Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number — we keep only a customer reference, your plan, and subscription status.
Usage data: standard technical logs (pages visited, scan activity, timestamps) used to operate and improve the service.
To provide the service: storing your catalog, running market scans for your products, sending the alerts and reports you configure.
To bill you correctly, prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal information or your catalog data to anyone.
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), DataForSEO (market data queries — only your product titles are sent, never your identity), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, we keep your account data for a reasonable period in case you return, then delete it. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us — we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting providers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Access to production systems is restricted. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Canadian users have rights under PIPEDA; EU/UK users under GDPR where applicable; California users under the CCPA. To exercise any right, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
