Price Monitor is a market price intelligence tool for e-commerce merchants. We collect publicly available product pricing information from online shopping platforms and present it to you for monitoring and analysis. The service includes scheduled and manual market scans, price alerts, repricing suggestions, and related reporting.
Market data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness — prices change constantly, sellers may be misidentified, and product matching is automated and best-effort. Pricing decisions you make based on the service are your own responsibility.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for business purposes.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial: a valid payment method is required to start, and the first charge occurs automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
You can cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Each plan has usage limits (number of products, scan frequency, and manual scan allowance) described on the pricing page. We may throttle or decline usage that exceeds your plan's limits.
You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service or its data without our written permission; attempt to circumvent plan limits, paywalls, or security measures; use the service to violate any law or third-party rights; reverse engineer the service; or use automated means to access the service except through features we provide.
You retain ownership of the product catalogs you upload. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (storing your catalog, querying market data for your products, generating reports). Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue from pricing decisions.
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
